South Florida Personal Injury Attorney Brooke E. Perez

Brooke Elizabeth Perez, based in Fort Lauderdale as a personal injury lawyer, has been practicing law in the Sunshine State for more than 20 years. She is originally from Plainview, New York, and she attended Tulane University where she obtained a degree in English in 1994.

Upon graduation, Brooke entered the University of Florida College of Law where she earned her law degree in 1998. She was subsequently admitted to the Florida Bar and the Federal Bar for the Middle District for the U.S. District Court.

After serving as a Public Defender for Orange County, Florida, for 2 years, she moved to South Florida and joined the Fort Lauderdale-based injury lawyer team where she now focuses on Worker’s Compensation law.

 

Brooke is the lead Worker’s Compensation trial counsel for the firm, which means she has tried numerous bench and jury cases, among them workers’ comp and car accident cases involving serious injury. Brooke was named the 2003 “Rookie of the Year” for the Florida Worker’s Advocates, a group established to protect the rights of injured workers.
